Celebrate your inner scientist and get involved in BRITISH SCIENCE WEEK.

The theme for this year is Innovating the Future.

Here are some ideas of how you can get involved at home or in school.

1. Write an acrostic poem for the word INNOVATION

Use a dictionary or online to find out what the word means.

2. Invent a new machine.

3. Go on a nature walk or look at home science is used around your home.

(Use the link below to find some great ideas of activities to do at home!)

4. Explore a question...

"Can we reduce the amount of electricity we use at home / school? How?"

"How can we make our food better?"

5. Design a new classroom or the future.

Think about how science has evolved and what could be invented in the future.
