Everybody worries!

 

With things continuing to be a bit different at the moment, you may feel worried at times and that's OK. 

 

Have a read of Jon Burgerman's book, Everybody Worries. 

Here are a few ideas to help you when you are feeling worried. 

 

Write them down...

  • make a list of all your worries no matter how big or small they are. 
  • put them in order, from the one that worries you the most to the one that worries you the least. 
  • talk to someone you trust about your worries. 
  • make a Worry Jar. Put all your worries in a jar and deal with one at a time. 

 

 

Try these breathing exercises to slow your breathing down when you are feeling worried.
