Here are a few ideas to help you when you are feeling worried.
Write them down...
- make a list of all your worries no matter how big or small they are.
- put them in order, from the one that worries you the most to the one that worries you the least.
- talk to someone you trust about your worries.
- make a Worry Jar. Put all your worries in a jar and deal with one at a time.
