Being kind is important. As humans, we love it when people show us kindness. However, in order to receive kindness, we need to make sure that we are also kind to others.
Everyday this week I would like you to do something kind for someone else.
Being kind helps us to feel better about ourselves. After you have done your daily act of kindess, make a little note of how you and the other person felt.
