Think yourself happy!
If you are finding it difficult to feel happy, try to change what you are thinking about. Think about one of the following to help you improve your mood:
- Draw one of your happiest memories. Think about a family holiday of Christmas.
- Draw where you feel safe being alone. Don’t think about being alone as scary; it’s good to be on your own and have time for yourself.
- Draw what you love to do more the most.
- Write and draw 3 things that you love most about yourself. What makes you proud to be you?
Keep these ideas in your mind, so when you start to have sad or negative thoughts, you can change them into positive thoughts.
