Having a healthy and positive mindset is very important, especially in difficult times like this.
Think back to our PSHE lessons about having a healthy mind set. Can you remember some of the negative thoughts we came across and how we changed them into positive ones?
This week I would like you to think about all the things that make you feel happy. Make a list in your writing book and have a go at doing some of the activities on your list whenever you're beginning to feel a bit down.
Here are a few ideas if you get stuck:
Go for a walk with your family
Play some sports in the garden
Have a family movie night
Build a den in your garden
Paint a picture
Read your favourite book
Watch your favourite youtuber
Bake a cake
Have a family games night and play your favourite board game
Do some fun yoga
Listen to some calming music
