Activity 1

Use nutrients table document and powerpoint below to create a table with information about the nutrients in.

Activity 2 

Use food packaging from around your house. Have a look at the nutritional information. 

Create a three-way Venn Diagram to and sort them into foods that are high in sugar, fat or salt. Remember to put the foods that are high in more than one in the correct overlapping part. 

 

Attached below is a sheet with some nutritional information of different types of food, incase you don't have much food packaging at home.

 

Activity 3 

Read the three case studies. Make brief notes on what changed to their diet might help them.
