Activity 1:
'Sentence Challenge'
Can you write a sentence containing a relative clause?
E.g. The giraffe, who strode gracefully across the field with his long legs, wore a sad look on his face.
- It splits the main clause.
- The clause begins with ‘who’, ‘which’ or ‘with’.
- It must supply an extra bit of information to the sentence.
- Commas should surround the relative clause

'Sick Sentences'
These sentences are ‘sick’ and need help to get better. Can you help? Could you add better verbs, adjectives, adverbs and even a relative clause?
