  • YEAR 5 MOSQUE VISIT

    As part of our Religious Education curriculum, Year 5 enjoyed a visit to look around Madni Mosque.

  • St. Michael's Church Visit

    All Year 1 children enjoyed a lovely trip out to visit St. Michael's Church. They had the opportunity to explore and touch the special things that are used inside the church. Pastor Gordon explained what happens in the different areas and entertained the children by playing various instruments. The children joined in with songs and looked at some stories from the Bible.

  • Sea Life Manchester

    Reception classes enjoyed a fantastic day at Sea Life Manchester. The children were in awe of the different species of sea creatures we saw and being so close to sharks and stingrays was amazing!

  • Roman Workshop

    Children in Year 4 really enjoyed Roman Day and blew the visitor away with their impressive knowledge they learnt. They looked at artefacts and tried to guess the materials. They also learnt how to write in Latin and play Roman games. The best part was pretending to be in the Celt tribes and Roman army!

     

  • World of Work Day

    Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 loved participating in the ‘world of work’ day where they got to  experience different jobs for the day. Year 2 really enjoyed getting into the police van and hearing the sirens.

     

    Reception children also did jobs around school and got paid for them. They decided to save their money in their piggy bank and spend it on their school trip.
